1. Booking Steps
• Request to join. You’ll be WAITLISTED
• Once WAITLISTED, pay ASAP to secure your slot
• First come, first served (based on payment time)
• Payment = CONFIRMED to play

2. Payment Instructions

• BIBD: 00-001-01-0196342
Pickleball Brunei Darussalam Association (PBDA)

• No BIBD
Use CDM and send screenshot of receipt to Layla.

Alternatively,

• We can assign a payment collector to collect cash and transfer the amount collected to PBDA BIBD Account.

3. Booking Status Guide

• REQUESTED = Don’t pay yet
• WAITLISTED = Pay to secure slot
• ON HOLD = Full, don’t pay !

4. Cancellation Policy
• No cancellations within 8 hrs
• Inform Layla if needed (replacement required)
• No-shows is non-refundable (repeat offenders may be banned)

5. Others

• Please sign up early before 5pm on Friday. We need at least 8 players , otherwise we will have to cancel the session.

• Parking: at DAR Takaful indoor car park (during session only)
