🎾Transition Deffense to Attack + volley - the phase where a player turns a defensive situation under pressure into an offensive opportunity.
It involves reading the game, selecting the right defensive shots (such as lobs or resets), controlling the pace, and then moving into a more aggressive court position — usually approaching the net — to take control of the point.

• Footwork during transition (defense to attack)
