Cancellation :
- Please inform the host of any cancellation and to update your status accordingly. This is to allow those in the waiting list to fill in the vacant slot.
- There will be a cancellation freeze of 24Hours before the game. Dropouts will have to pay the court fees.
- Those who fail to pay or turn up without informing the host in advance will be banned from future events
