OP Guidelines

All players who request to join will be waitlisted unless payment has been made.

Even though you're not on the waitlist, you can pay already to secure your slot.

Please upload proof of payment in the chat, including the reference number, to confirm your slot.

Kindly ensure that your name and your +1’s name(s) are written on the receipt before uploading it to the payment tab/chat box.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to maximize our booking hours.


✨ Game rules

Limit dinking to 5 balls in the first game. As much as possible there should be no dinking in the succeeding games.

Please announce the score before serving. No deuce—the first team to get 11 wins the game.

✨ Cancellation & Refund Policy

No-shows are non-refundable; however, you may transfer or sell your slot. You may also inform us so we can assist in selling it for you.

When we say there are only a few slots left, please check the MAIN CHAT to confirm the remaining slots before making a payment. If you paid & didn't make it to the confirmed list, NO REFUNDS will be given. We can only transfer your slot to another day, or you may sell it.
