Please note that Open Play reservations are non-refundable. Payment of ₱150 for non member is required even if a participant does not attend, as your reserved spot prevents another player from joining and staffing/resources are allocated based on reservations.

If your absence was because of an emergency or a system error, you may contact us at 09171629933 for review. Otherwise, no further action is required.
