• Submit a join request.
• Pay the fee and upload the receipt on the 'Payment' tab or send it to the group chat.
• Unpaid players two (4) hours prior the start of schedule may be removed and be included in the waitlist.
• Only confirmed players are allowed to participate in the Open Play.


Reminder:
DO NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list.


2. IDENTIFICATION for Reclub
* To properly identify you, please use your full names (First Name and Last Name), particularly those who share the same first name.
* Upload a profile picture for easy recognition.

3.NO SHOW: NO REFUND, NO RE-SCHEDULING, NO TRANSFER OF PAYMENT/SLOT to other players.

Paddle Stacking Guidelines for Open Play

• Just place your paddle in the stacking area to join the queue.
• Games go in order of the stack — no skipping, please!
• When a game finishes, the next four paddles in line take the court.
• If you want to play again, simply restack your paddle after your game.
• Courts 1 & 2 are the courts assigned for the Open Play.
• Paddle stacking will be managed by Dra. Anna or Joren
