HOW TO JOIN
1. Request to Join
Click “Request to Join” in the event. If slots are available, you will be added to the Confirmed List.

2. Pay to Secure Your Slot
💰 ₱250 per person (5 hours of Open Play)

After payment, please send your receipt in the Payment Tab or ReClub Meet Chat for verification.

3. Payment Deadline
To keep your slot, payment must be received at least 24 hours before the meet.

If payment is not received by the deadline, your slot will be released and your name will be moved back to the Waitlist until payment is received.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

✔️ You may reschedule your booking to any available Open Play date up to 24 hours before the meet, subject to slot availability.

❌ Rescheduling is only allowed up to 24 hours before the meet. Requests made within 24 hours of the event can no longer be rescheduled.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you respect the time of other players and your reserved slot.

SKILL LEVELING
If slots are full, we will use the Stop Light Skill Leveling System to help create fun and balanced gameplay:

🟡 Yellow– Beginner / Novice
🟢 Green– Low Intermediate
🟠 Orange – High Intermediate
🔴 Red – Advanced / Pro
