🏸 Queue Details

• Courts: 3 Courts (Courts 5, 6, and 7)
• Games: Expect to play around 5 to 8 games.
• Queueing Fee: 380–420
• This is an expense-sharing setup that covers your Court Fee, Entrance, and Shuttlecocks.
• All levels are welcome! Beginner to Advanced

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

• Cut-off Time: Cancellations are frozen 4 hours before the meet.
• Penalty: A 200 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows. Please manage your RSVP responsibly!

📱 Attendance & Registration

For Returning Players:
Simply present your Player QR code from the Arctic App to the Queue Masters (QMs) upon arrival.

For New Players:
Welcome to the club! 👋 Please set up your profile before playing:
1. Visit our web app: app.arcticacesclub.com
2. Sign in using your Google account.
3. Complete your profile by adding your Name, Username, and Level.
4. Once your profile is ready, present your newly generated personal QR code to the QMs to log your attendance.
