👉 Please arrive 30 minutes earlier before the start of Open Play.
This allows us to:

✔ Teach basic rules and scoring

⛔ Once Open Play starts, our organizers will no longer be able to give individual assistance as we focus on managing rotations and ensuring continuous gameplay for everyone.

⏰ GAME FLOW & ROTATION
• Please arrive on time for smooth inclusion in the rotation

⚠️ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• Late players may join the stacking but may need to wait for the next available slot

🔥 WARM-UP POLICY
Please arrive early for warm-up.
Once Open Play starts:
• No more WARM UP DINKING
• We proceed directly to games to maximize playing time for everyone

💳 PAYMENT POLICY (IMPORTANT)
• This is a PAYMENT-FIRST confirmation system for all Open Play slots
• Once you request to join, you will be automatically moved to the WAITLIST
👉 Being in the waitlist is your signal that you are eligible to proceed with payment
