📌 To ensure fair and enjoyable games for beginners, players will be screened first before final acceptance.

Match Point Cancellation & Slot Transfer Policy:

All bookings at Match Point Sports Center & Café are non-refundable once confirmed.
- If a player cancels, they may:
• Coordinate directly with a waitlisted player to take over the slot and collect reimbursement personally, or
• Assign a substitute player to take the slot.

- If no replacement is found, the payment will be forfeited.

The Match Point admin team will officially remove the cancelling player and confirm the replacement.

A waitlisted or substitute player may only play after admin confirmation.
