𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁  
• Winners move up and play against winners  
• Losing teams play against losing teams  

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀  
1️⃣ Reserve your slot through Reclub by tapping “Request to Join”  
2️⃣ Send the ₱180 participation fee via GCash to:  
0925 005 9980 – DDM  
3️⃣ Upload your proof of payment in the event’s Payment Tab or message it through Reclub DM for verification.  

𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀  
• Standard pickleball scoring will apply (first to 11, win by 2).  
• Please call out the score before every serve.  
• Matches are self-managed, so proper line calls, foot fault calls, and sportsmanship are expected from everyone.  

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀  
• Online queueing system will be followed throughout the session.  
• First games begin at exactly 6:00 PM.  
• Confirmed payment is required before participating.  
• Players who fail to attend without proper cancellation will still be charged for their reserved slot.  

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆  
Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled event to avoid forfeiture of payment. Refunds or slot transfers may only be accommodated for cancellations made within the allowed notice period
