SIGN-UP GUIDELINES 🥒
▪️ Request to join the meet via Reclub.
▪️ Ensure your DUPR is synced with your Reclub profile.
▪️ Pay the court fee via GCash: 09756239486 (KKF).
▪️ Upload your receipt in the “Payment” tab.
▪️ Slot is confirmed ONLY AFTER PAYMENT is verified and approved by admin.

SLOT STATUS 🥒
▪️On Hold
- Requested but not yet paid
- Slot is NOT secured
- Moves to CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT is VERIFIED

▪️ Waitlisted
- Did not make the initial slot cut
- Do NOT pay yet
- Will be contacted if a slot opens

▪️Priority Rule
- Slots are assigned based on: request order
and completed payment

CANCELLATION POLICY🥒
▪️Strictly NO refunds
▪️Player may transfer the slot to a waitlisted player and settle payment directly
▪️If no replacement is found, payment is forfeited
