REMINDERS
❗️ All matches will be submitted to DUPR for rating.
❗️ All players must have their DUPR profile synced with Reclub.
❗️ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event starts for registration/check-in.

MATCH ORGANIZATION
Format: Ladder Run (Rotating Partners)
• Rock-paper-scissors to determine first server team 0-0-2.
• Winners move up the ladder and play against other winning groups.
• Losers stay or move down the ladder and play against other losing groups.
• Partners rotate each round.

MATCH FORMAT
• 1 set – Race to 11 (no sliding).
• 15-minute time limit per match.
• 1-minute warm-up included.
• If tied at the time limit → next point wins.
• Switch sides after 6 points.
• Self-officiated – honesty and sportsmanship expected.
❗️ Note: strictly 5 matches per player only for fairness.

WINNER DETERMINATION
Players ranked by:
1️⃣ Total Wins (Reclub standings) - earned in the first 5 matches per player
2️⃣ Total points - out of the first 5 matches
3️⃣ Organizer decision if tie remains
🏆 Champion: Player with the highest TOTAL WINS> TOTAL points> higher score difference as computed by Reclub.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- No cancellations allowed.
- No refunds. Only slot transfer is possible.
- Slot transfer is allowed at least 48hrs before the meet starts. Player will be responsible in finding a replacement.

By joining, you acknowledge that SPPA is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
