🏓 Open Play rules

1. Request to Join your preferred schedule.
2. Pay the Open Play fee promptly.
3. Upload proof of payment under the Payment Tab.
* If you encounter an error, send the screenshot via the Chat Tab of the schedule you selected (not via DM).
4. Wait for verification — once confirmed, your name will appear on the Confirmed List.
5. Label your paddle clearly with your name
6. Respect slot limits: once the maximum number of participants is reached, registration closes. Please Do not insist on paying or joining once slots are full.
7. Arrive on time — late arrivals may lose their slot or delay the group.
8. Observe court etiquette: rotate fairly, respect other players, and keep games friendly.
9. Safety first: wear proper shoes, warm up before playing, and notify the host if you feel unwell.
10. Strictly No refunds
