1. To join the event, click “Request to Join.”

* To properly identify you, please use your full names (First Name and Last Name), particularly those who share the same first name.
* Upload a profile picture for easy recognition.

2. Secure your slot by sending your ₱300 payment via GCash.

3. Upload your payment screenshot to the open play chatbox to confirm your slot.

4. Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
❗ Unpaid requests may be moved to the waitlist to allow others to join.

•PAYMENT FIRST BEFORE APPROVAL•

For all open play participants we will implement payment first policy before we approve your request.

For strict compliance. Kindly post your payments on your scheduled game chat for our reference.

5. Payment deadline: 24 hours before the event.
⏳ Unpaid slots may be forfeited or reassigned after the deadline.

6. No refunds, but you can reschedule or transfer your slot to another player. Kindly notify us if you wish to do so. (Same OP day back out is not allowed)
