Cancellation Policy
• Slots are non-refundable once confirmed.
• You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted or substitute player (payment handled directly).
• Inform the admin of any replacement before game day. Late changes may be declined.
• No replacement = slot is forfeited 
• Play is only allowed once the admin confirms the change. ‼️
