✅ RESERVATION GUIDELINES
• All join requests will be waitlisted first (+1 guest allowed).
• Upload payment receipt in the chat to secure your slot.
• Receipt must clearly show the reference number.
• Confirmation is based on chat upload time.
• Unpaid slots will be removed 8hrs prior to session, unless coordinated with any of the organizers.

🔁 CANCELLATION POLICY
• No refunds or reschedules within 8 hours of the session.
• Slots may be transferred to a waitlisted player. • If you can't attend, click “Can't Go” before the 8-hour cutoff.

🚫 NO WALK-INS
🚫 Do not send payment once the session is FULL.
🚫 Do not send payment if you are NOT CONFIRMED.
🚫 Payments sent after full capacity is reached are non-refundable.

🔐 REMINDERS
• All reservations must be made through Reclub and Club Community Chat.
• Only confirmed players may play.
• Include your name and your +1's name (if any) when uploading your receipt.
