🏠 HOUSE RULES

🚗 Parking Guidelines
• Limited parking slots only. Carpooling or ride-hailing is highly encouraged

🚗 First 5 vehicle slots are FREE.
🚗 Excess vehicles will be charged ₱75 per vehicle.
🚗 Maximum of 8 vehicle slots and 8 motorcycle slots available.
🚗 Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
🚗 Please follow proper parking alignment and stay within parking lines
🚗 Vehicles beyond the available slots may no longer be accommodated.


🚭 Strictly NO SMOKING inside the warehouse, including hallways and restrooms
🚭 Smoking is only allowed outside near the corner/grotto area
🚭 Violation fee: ₱1,000

🔇 No goodbye honking, especially late at night
🔇 Please respect the residents staying inside the property
🔇 Unnecessary honking violation fee: ₱500

🚪 Always make sure the gate and pedestrian entrance are properly closed after entering/leaving
🚪 Charges may apply for negligence if left open
