PBDA Membership & Session Information

We are initiating PBDA membership for all players attending our 2 hour and 45 minutes pickleball sessions at Mumong.

Session Fees
PBDA Members
• Priority entry
• $4 session fee
• Free paddle rental

Non-Members
• Wait-listed
• $5 session fee
• Paddle rental: $3.00
• When our IPTPA Certified Coach is present, coaching is FREE for PBDA Members attendees only.
• Only PBDA Members may participate in PBDA organised events and tournaments.

PBDA Membership Requirements

Anyone interested in taking up pickleball is welcome!

Annual Membership Fees
• Adult (18–59 years): $15.00
• Senior / Warga Emas (60+): $10.00
• Junior (7–17 years): $10.00

Member Benefits (Adult, Junior & Senior)

PBDA membership helps track the growth of pickleball in Brunei Darussalam and comes with the following benefits:
• Eligibility to join Leagues, Festivals, and Tournaments organised by PBDA
• Early notification for tournaments, festivals, and clinics
• Eligibility to attain Pickleball Ambassador & Pickleball Leaders Certification
• Eligibility for PPR or IPTPA Coaching Certification Workshops
• Eligibility for Asian Federation of Pickleball (AFP) Referee Certification
• Monthly PBDA communications (max 1 per month)
• Free access to digital Pickleball Newsletter
• Eligibility to attend PBDA AGM with voting rights
• Eligibility to nominate or stand as an Executive Member of PBDA

• Write the date of session and your name in the payment description
• Take a screenshot of the successful payment
• Send the screenshot via WhatsApp to Layla (7296094)

For players who doesn’t have BIBD account , they can use Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) to make their payment.

3. Booking Status Guide
• REQUESTED — Do NOT pay yet
• WAITLISTED — Please pay to secure your slot
• ON HOLD — Session full, do NOT make payment ❌

Important:
• Once WAITLISTED, please pay as soon as possible.
• Slots are confirmed first-come, first-served based on payment time.
• Once payment is received, you will be moved to the CONFIRMED to play list.

4. Cancellation Policy
• ❗ No cancellations allowed within 12 hours of the session
→ No refunds
• 🚫 No-shows are non-refundable and repeat offenders may be banned from future sessions.

5. Host Rights
• The host reserves the right to select and approve players.
