Class designed for 3-4 DUPR 2.5+ players to upskill the level

◇ The focus:
▪︎ Techniques and strategy to play at the baseline and transition zone (towards the net) 🏸🎾
▪︎ Understanding the WHY and improving the HOW to develop mindset for tactical play

◇ The format:
▪︎ First 90min: Build-up training; Tactical drills
▪︎ Remaining 30min: Game play to practise and correction
