7. In case of unforeseen events and heavy rains, TRUGRIT PICKLEBALL Club reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the games. Players will be notified via the reclub app.

I (as “Data Subject”) grant my/our free, voluntary and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of all Personal Data and account or transaction information or records (collectively, the "Information") relating to me disclosed/transmitted by me in person or by my authorized agent/representative/s to TRUGRIT PICKLEBALL Club and/or any of its authorized agent/s or representative/s, by whatever means in accordance with Republic Act (R.A.) 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” of the Republic of the Philippines, including its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) as well as all other guidelines and issuances by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Waiver and Quitclaim

1. I sign this waiver, release and quitclaim for myself;
2. I acknowledge and fully understand that by playing the games there are inherent risks and dangers to me including injuries or any other loss;
3. I assume all the risks in my participation in the said games;
4. I voluntarily waive any/all rights, actions, and demands whatsoever, including but not limited to filing of any or all actions, suits or claims against TRUGRIT PICKLEBALL Club and the Vermont Park HOA, its board of directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives, assigns or successor-in-interest, and hereby forever release and discharge any or all of them from any cause of action, suits, sums of money, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity arising out of or in connection with the said activities I availed of.
5. I hereby affirm that I have understood the contents of this instrument and I have executed the same out of my own voluntary free will, without force, intimidation or violence upon my person.
