📜 House of Re:Play Commitment

We will play 14 rounds provided that all participants arrive on time, ensuring that each player competes 7 times in total.

However, if many participants arrive late and the Score Keeper has difficulty calling players who are not yet present, we will adjust the format to 12 rounds, so that each participant plays 6 matches on average.

If there is remaining time at the end of the scheduled rounds, additional matches may continue. However, these extra matches will not be counted toward the official point standings.

Due to the number of participants, it is not possible for every team to face each other. Therefore, matches will be randomly and fairly arranged using the Americano Padel application.

🏅 Fair Play Guidelines Respect & Safety Standard
* Hard offensive shots should always be aimed at open court space when possible rather than directly at any player.
* Players may play aggressively in same Gender Match
* In mixed gender team, we have specifics fair-play smash rule: If a male player directs an offensive finish smash (winner) directly toward a female opponent, the point will be awarded to the opposing team instead of the smasher.
(Encourages respectful contact and avoids unsafe power shots.)
* In tie-breaker deciding points (golden points), the receiver must be the same gender as the server

⛔️ Non-Refundable Policy ⛔️

All registrations are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, we will assist in finding a replacement player. The replacement must transfer the payment directly to you. Once payment has been confirmed, the slot will be officially reassigned.
Once again, if there's no-one replace you, it's non-refundable.
