💸 Payment: All booking 100% paid before play
• Once confirmed, payment is required by H-30 min max to lock your spot / as soon as possible
• Miss the payment deadline? Your spot goes to someone on the waitlist!
• No refunds, but you can transfer your spot privately if needed.

📲 How to Join:
Request to join ➡️ waiting list ➡️ transfer fee ➡️ enter to player list (participants)

1. Double-check your schedule—we’re counting on you!
2. Wait for admin confirmation before making your payment.
3. After confirmation (wait list), transfer the payment fee to the following bank account:

4. Upload your payment receipt in the Reclub app. Tab payment > upload receipt.

🔁 Reschedule / Refund Policy:
✅ H-5 atau lebih → 100% refund
✅ H-3 atau lebih → 50% refund
📌 Reason must be clear and approved by admin
📌 Last-minute cancellation? You need find a replacement and we’ll try to help you find a replacement for a full refund
❌ No replacement = No refund / no reschedule

Players will be curated by the admin.

Racket rental: Don't need to rent we can provide it for you (max 1)
However, if you want to rent, the venue has several racquets that you can rent.
