SIGN-UP GUIDELINES 🥒
▪️ Request to join the meet via Reclub.
▪️ Ensure your DUPR is synced with your Reclub profile as all matches are DUPR rated unless stated otherwise.
▪️ Pay the court fee via GCash: +63 975 623 9486 (KKF).
▪️ Upload your receipt in the “Payment” tab.
▪️ Slot is confirmed ONLY AFTER PAYMENT is verified and approved by admin.

SLOT STATUS🥒
◾️WAITLISTED
- MAKE PAYMENT once waitlisted
- Moves to CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT is VERIFIED

▪️ON HOLD
- Did not make the initial slot cut
- DO NOT pay yet
- Will be contacted if a slot opens

▪️PRIORITY RULE
- NPC members are prioritized
- Afterwhich, slots are assigned based on: request order and completed payment

CANCELLATION POLICY🥒
▪️Strictly NO refunds
▪️Player may transfer the slot to a waitlisted player and settle payment directly
▪️If no replacement is found, payment is forfeited
