Court & Team Structure
• Total Courts: 3
• Ladder
• Paddle queue in front of each court
• All games until 15 (no deuce)
Ladder format:
Court 3 (champion court) - furthest from entrance
Court 2 (middle court)
Court 1 (lowest court)
This is a 4 in 4 out format (except for champion court).
There will be 3 paddle queues, 1 in front of each court.
When the full team first arrive, go to any court with shortest queue to start your warm ups and play your first game.
If your team win your game, the team moves up 1 court towards court 3 to queue for your next game. If your team lose your game, move down 1 court towards court 1 to queue for your next game.
If you win your game at the champion court (court 3), stay (max 2 games).
You are responsible for your team's punctuality, and all queuing shall be done as a team.
Waitlist Notice
Due to limited slots, participants may be placed on a waitlist.
To confirm your slot, please follow these steps:
1. Request to join the session/meet.
2. Once waitlisted, refer to the activity chat for payment details and proceed to make contributions for our ball fee.
3. Upload your receipt or share it in the activity chat.
4. Upon confirmation, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list.
5. See you at the session!
Cancellation & Session Credit Policy
• No cash refunds. Eligible cancellations receive session credit only.
• Players must cancel at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible.
• For eligible player cancellations, participants must submit the Session Credit Request Form — otherwise no credit will be issued.
• Credits are tagged to name and mobile number; please enter details accurately.
• Credits are dollar-based, do not expire, and can be used for any future session.
Using credits:
Request the activity, indicate you are using a credit, and provide your name & mobile. Booking will be confirmed once verified by admins and the credit will be deducted.
By booking, you agree to this policy.
Equipment
• Bring Your Own Paddles.
• Franklin balls will be provided.

• This is a physical sport – listen to your body and play responsibly.
• Stay hydrated throughout the session.
• If you’re feeling unwell, please do not play.
• Proper sports attire is required.
Photos may be taken during the event for match verification and submission purposes.
