• DESCRIPTION :
- 4 games per match. 1x deuce then sudden death.
- Maximum slots : 6 slots.
- Only the court.
- Please bring your own ball and racket.
- Exclude ballboy. Ballboys are available on site and paid directly to the ballboy after playing.
- Once found you’re not eligible to this session, we will terminate your game without refund (please report us).

• BOOKING POLICY GBK :
1. Rainy day :
- Rainy day policy may change anytime according to venue policy.
- If it rains at your booking start time, REFUND.
- If it rains and you have play less than 5 minutes = REFUND, more than 5 minutes = NO REFUND.
- If it rains before your booking time, the session still on schedule. We will only inform you the session will be canceled or not, at your booking time. This is GBK’s policy.
- All refund will be sent to your Kuyy Balance.
2. Cancellation :
- This booking is NON REFUNDABLE. NO CANCEL/NO REFUND/NO DRAMA. Make sure that you’re available and the session you choose are correct.
- Rescheduling is available up to 2 days before your booking time and it will be a “Reschedule Pass”.
- If you cant come, sell your slot on the Whatsapp group. WTS or WTB are only available on Whatsapp.
- All information about cancellation only at your group session on Kuyy.
