RAMS Pickleball Club – Open Play Rules

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
• Registration is required (subject to slot availability).
• GCash payments only.
• Waitlisted or pending players may pay via GCash even if not yet approved.
• Payment made = automatically approved slot (if within capacity).
• Uploading the payment receipt in the Payment section is required for validation.
• Only paid players are guaranteed slots.
• If slots become full and you have already paid via GCash, your payment will not be forfeited. It may be used as advance payment for other OPs.
• No-show after confirmed payment = payment forfeited if no valid explanation (medical emergency only).
• Rate: ₱130 (non-member) | ₱100 (member)

SCHEDULE & VENUE
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 3 indoor courts

PLAYER LIMIT
• Max 26 players
• Walk-ins may be waitlisted if slots are available on-site (first to list, first to play)

GAME PLAY
• Games to 15 points; change courts at 8
• One (1) +1 per player only
• Win-win / lose-lose paddle stacking
• Paddle stacking order must not be changed

ETIQUETTE
• Indoor shoes only
• No smoking inside the court

VIOLATIONS
• Any violation = one offense
• Three (3) offenses = ban from next Open Plays
