RECLUB BOOKING & RESERVATION TERMS


To ensure an elevated playing experience and fair access to court availability, all bookings shall be governed by the following terms:

Open Play Reservations
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the reservation may qualify for a full refund
• Cancellations made beyond 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable, but may be converted into club credit, subject to availability.
Player is entitled to rebook once only.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable

Court Rental Reservations
• Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the booked date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made after 48 hours to the booked date are eligible for rebooking
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable

General Terms
• All reservations remain subject to court and booking availability
• Requests for rebooking, schedule adjustments, and club credit accommodations shall be handled at the discretion of management
Rebooking can be done only once
