• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and proper warm-up
• Late arrivals may not be accommodated to avoid class disruption
• Reservation is required (walk-ins are subject to availability)
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class
– Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged/marked used
– Emergency cancellations may be credited for another session
• Packages are shareable and transferable
• Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within policy
• Package validity:
– Package of 5: 30 days
– Package of 10: 60 days
• Please inform the coach of any injury, medical condition, or pregnancy
• Always listen to your body and rest when needed
• Wear comfortable workout clothes
• Grip socks are required (available for purchase at the studio)
• Bring your own towel and water bottle
