📍Request > Waitlisted > Make Payment > Confirmed
In that order,okay.

1️⃣ Before Payment
Do not make any payment if your name is still in the Requested list OR the confirmed list is full
Please wait for your name to appear in the Waitlist before making payment
Your slot will only be confirmed once your payment has been verified

*Please look for your own fixed partner and inform us in the chat for this session. You may pay individually (RM20) or in pair (RM40).

2️⃣ Payment Details
Proceed to the Payment tab for bank account information
When making payment, please copy the payment note from the Payment tab to include your Reclub name and location as the payment reference, and upload your receipt for verification

3️⃣ Slot Confirmation
Slots are confirmed only after payment has been made, verified & receipt uploaded, on a first come, first pay, first serve basis
Please do not make payment if all confirmed slots are full
To avoid confusion or disputes, please make payment as soon as possible once you are on the Waitlist

4️⃣ No-Show Policy
If you do not show up, the fee will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward
You may contact the admin as soon as possible if you wish to arrange for a replacement — we will do our best to assist, but there is no guarantee

5️⃣ Warm-Up
To help everyone enjoy a smooth session, each player can warm up for 3 minutes before their first game, and this is available only before 6:10pm.
After that, there will be no warm-up for later games or after 6:10pm, so we can keep the games moving and let everyone play more.

6️⃣ Game Time
Play rally to 15 points — no deuce, no serve to win
After the game ends, kindly vacate the court for the next group.
Type of Game play (Fixed Partner all night)

7️⃣ Queue Fairly
Place your paddle to queue (4 paddles = 1 game)
Please follow the instructions of the host(s) in charge on the playing day

8️⃣ For all level of play unless stated.
* Beginners are welcome, but not for first timers
* Best for regular players
* Sharing knowledge between each other 🎁
