Merville Park Pickleball Club resumes Open Play at Home Court Belvedere Park

REQUIREMENTS:
1. FULL NAME on Reclub App
2. PROFILE PICTURE (your face, not your dog. 😊)
You will not be admitted without the above requirements. This is for security purposes.

Guidelines for Open Play (OP):

1. Stack paddles with respect to the queue. Don't remove or replace paddles without the owner's knowledge.

2. 2 Courts if we have 16 players.

3. First-time players must go through one Beginner's session.

4. Minimum 8 players to proceed. Otherwise, we cancel the OP.

5. If you are sure to play and you are on the confirmed list, send payment to Gcash 09175128717 to confirm your slot before 2pm of the day of OP. Kindly use the payment tab to upload your Gcash receipt.

6. After 2pm, unpaid players will be put "ON HOLD" to give a chance for WAITLISTED players to join the OP by sending their payment.

7. Once paid and confirmed, there will be NO REFUND for no show, nor will it be credited for next OP.

8. Sharing OP slot with another player is NOT allowed. You cannot play for 2 hrs. and ask another player to play the remaining 2 hrs.

9. Player approval at the host's discretion.

Open play fees include free use of balls, admin fees, and occasional treats 😊
