- Active members will be prioritized.

❌Dink Buddies Open Play Cancellation Rules❌

1. Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the start of the session.

2. Players who cancel 12 hours or more before the event will receive:

* Full credit for the next open play, or
* Full refund if payment was made in advance

3. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable, unless:

* There is an emergency
* The player finds a replacement player approved by Dink Buddies (Must ask admin first! Active members in waitlist will be prioritized)

4. No-show players (registered but absent without notice) will not receive a refund or credit.
