DUPR Open Play – Event Notes & Guidelines

• Don Miguel Racquet - Court 2
• Maximum of 12 Players
• 4 Hours Play Time
• ₱150 per player

📌 Player Level / DUPR Requirement

Recommended DUPR range:
• NR (No Rating) up to around 3.1 DUPR
• Beginner to lower intermediate players
• Players with advanced experience may be declined to keep games balanced and enjoyable for everyone.

⏰ Arrival Time
Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for attendance, warm-up, and game coordination.

⏳ Commitment & Punctuality
By joining this session, players are expected to:
• Arrive on time (30 mins before event starts)
• Stay until the scheduled end of play
• Avoid leaving early unless due to emergency

This helps maintain proper rotations, fair gameplay, and smooth event flow for all participants.

💳 Registration & Refund Policy
• Slot fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Slots may be transferred to another player of the SAME skill level/category only
• Please inform the organizer ahead of time for any transfer requests

By participating in this event, players acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and possible risk of injury. Participants voluntarily join at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the event.
