Open Play Guidelines:
• Slots are confirmed only through the official Pickles Davao Facebook page/Reclub app.
• Walk-ins are allowed depending on available slots.
• Slots are given first-come, first-served.
• Extra names will be placed on the waitlist once full.
• Payment must be made before the deadline to secure your slot.
• Deadline of payment: March 7, 2026 | 12:00PM
• Upload your e-receipt to Reclub’s chatbox for quicker confirmation.
• No refunds, but slots are transferable or can be rescheduled.
• Unpaid slots may be given to players on the waitlist.
• Please cancel at least 2–3 hours before your schedule so we can notify the next player on the waitlist.
