BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Request to join on Reclub.
2. If slots are available (not yet 36/36), you may upload your payment.
3. Upload proof of payment on Reclub (not via private message).
4. Slots are secured strictly based on payment upload time.
5. Only players moved to “Confirmed” are officially secured.

⚠️ Once slots are FULL (36/36), DO NOT send payment.


STRICT POLICY
• No Cancellation
• No Refund
• No Show = No Refund

• Arrival more than 1 hour after start time = slot automatically released and considered No Show.
• Slots are non-transferable unless approved by admin BEFORE start time.
• Replacement player must have a Reclub account and be confirmed by admin.
• No substitutions once Open Play has started.


⚠️ Credits are only permitted if Open Play is cancelled due to weather or court maintenance.
