• Session format is curated by the Host (Americano / Mexicano)
• Format selection is based on registered player composition to ensure balanced matchups
• Match format:
  • 21-point game, or
  • Best of 4 games (golden point applies)
• First serve is determined by Rock–Paper–Scissors to ensure a smooth and efficient match flow
• Fair play & sportsmanship apply

🔁 SESSION FLOW

• Pairings & rotations are managed centrally
• Each round is announced by the Session Host
• Games are played according to the designated format
• A designated Session Floater records and manages all game scores
• Standings are updated continuously to ensure smooth rotation flow
• Live scoreboard may be displayed on the venue TV

• Open to both men and women
• Recommended for Level 1.5+ players
• Not suitable for first-time beginners
• Match balls are provided

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time
• Kindly check in at the Reception Desk upon arrival
• Attendance is recorded before entry into the rotation system
• The session will commence on schedule; late arrivals may miss early rounds and their slot may be temporarily filled to maintain rotation flow
