✅Players have started to refused accepting matches because waiting time was less than expected.
✅DUPR Matches arranged immediately after a player makes a request.

📌What is the booking process flow?
Request, Waitlist, Pay on Gcash, wait to be on confirmed status, CONFIRMED
🧚‍♂️This is a first come, first served basis to be fair for everyone.
🧚‍♂️Regular Players who joined previous dinkerbell open play have priority for this meet until Thursday at 12 noon to settle. Beyond that, the slot is vacated, and is up for grabs to everyone.

🤝Locate the courts and look for any Dinkerbell Host to "check in"
🤝Secure stacking link to know if it is your turn to play, link can usually be found on reclub meet chat

🤝Stay where the majority of the players stationed their belongings so the queue manager wont have a hard time looking for you when it is your turn to play. You can socialize with other players from other club open play but please just be nearby and within host's sight.

✅No because this is time booking secured by DINKERBELL for you to have peace of mind that on this day and time we are available for you to socialize. 4️⃣So can I pay weeks ahead because I know confirmed my slot early?
✅You may but you dont have to pay super early but if you do pay, we will really appreciate that.
5️⃣So basically I can somehow preconfirm and can backout 3 days before without paying in advance?
✅Yes you may! But take note that:
📌2 days before the meet on Thursday 12noon, Unpaid attendees of this meet will be transferred to " waitlisted", that means anyone who is quick to make payment may take your slot. 🙂‍↔️
📌1 day before meet If by Friday 12nn there is still slots available and you are still on waitlist, I will have to put you "on hold" status that means you need to negotiate with host if you can attend, but there is no need to be on "on-hold" because we are Dinkerbell 🧚‍♂️
