➡️ Payments are not refundable for NO SHOW players or freeze your slot up to 12 hours before play for future use.

➡️ No paid slot rescheduling later than 6hrs before the event.

➡️ On-site payments are only available to previous players, to prevent cancellations and to ensure slots are given to those who are certain about playing. If you do not show up to the event or if you cancel 12 hours before the event, you are still required to pay the full open-play fee.
