OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

1. Joining players will be managed exclusively through Reclub. Players must tap REQUEST TO JOIN to enter the waitlist.
2. STRICTLY NO REC CLUB, NO PLAY. Only players registered through Reclub will be entertained and allowed to participate.
3. Payment must be sent to the GCash account indicated in the Payment Tab. Please upload your proof of payment in the Payment Tab as well. Do not send receipts in the chat.
4. PAYMENT FIRST BEFORE CONFIRMATION — NO PAY, NO PLAY.
5. Player rotation will be managed through paddle stacking.
6. Please arrive on time.
7. Wear proper athletic attire and shoes meant for lateral movement, such as tennis, badminton, basketball, or volleyball shoes. Running shoes are strongly discouraged, as they may increase the risk of injury. Flat shoes or court sneakers are recommended for better stability and safety.
8. Paddle rentals are available for ₱100, subject to availability. Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles if possible.
9. Observe proper court etiquette at all times.
10. Follow the queue fairly and do not skip rotations.
11. Keep games moving efficiently.
12. Warm up only in designated areas.
13. Drinking water is available at the clubhouse for players’ convenience.
14. Parking is available for players.
15. Restrooms are available at the venue.
16. Please participate responsibly and with care.
17. The organizers, venue management, and participants shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during the event.
18. For any questions or concerns, please coordinate with the organizers or clubhouse staff.
