👩🏻 Players must understand basic rules and be able to serve and return — strictly NOT for Newbie & Beginner
💕 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the game for warm-ups.

✨ We only allow up to 5 minutes tolerance. If you can’t make it or will be more than 5 minutes late, please let the host or admins know
❗️ If a player is substituted more than twice, the points will be considered invalid

1. Request your preferred schedule and wait for your status to change to ‘Waitlisted’. Make sure your preferred schedule is accurate and that you can really attend.
2. You can make your payment as soon as your name is added to the waitlist. First pay first confirmed.

⚠️CANCELLATION POLICY⚠️

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE 72 HOURS (D-3)
Cancellation made before 72 hours before schedule will get full refunds
2. CANCELLATION AFTER H-72 Hours
Cancellations made within H-72 Hours are not eligible for refunds unless there’s a replacement (with approval from Padel Mama’s Admin)
3. REPLACEMENT POLICY
To prevent last minute cancellation, if Padel Mamas provide a replacement after H-48 Hours, the refunds will not apply.

📌Cancelled by host = 100% Refund
