📌 HOW TO JOIN
1. Submit a request.
2. Wait to be added to the WAITLIST.
3. Once waitlisted, proceed with payment to secure your slot.

Please pay via GCash only when waitlisted and send the receipt to the MEET CHAT.

❗️ Slots are confirmed on a first-to-pay basis
❗️ Please DO NOT send payment if slots are FULL
❗️ Limited to ONE (1) plus-one per person
❗️ Walk-ins will not be accommodated

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a cancellation freeze 24 hours before the meet. All payments are non-refundable but transferable.

Should you need to cancel, you may arrange a replacement from the waitlist, or join our next open play session.

❗️ If you cancel during the freeze period, payment is automatically forfeited unless the host finds a replacement.
❗️ No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

🔄 Open Play Format:
- PickleQ app will be used to rotate partners and opponents for each game based on skill level
- First server determined by Rock, Paper, Scissors
- Winner serves straight to 0-0-2
- Race to 11 points only (no win-by-2)
- Warm-ups limited to 1 minute maximum

❗️ Only the registered player is allowed to play. No substitutions permitted.
