- ⁠Please register to Reclub with *an actual name* (real name/nickname, example: Kevin Nguyễn). Participants with no actual name will be put on hold until name is updated and organizer is notified.

- In order to prioritize committed players, participation requests will be approved upon payment to secure your spot.

- Refund is only valid if you notify organizers 48 hours in prior to the event start time (by Monday 7pm). If you can’t make it to the event, please feel free to find your replacement.

Court time efficiency and game quality: 1 court will be designated for higher intermediate - advanced games. 1 court might be designated for intermediate games. The rest will follow paddle-up rotation system (similar to Squint Lake courts or Queen E courts)
