For this match, only Men’s Doubles or Mixed Doubles will be played. Women’s Doubles will not be included for this format.

GAME FORMAT (LADDER RUSH):

1. Welcome to Ladder Rush – where every match moves you closer to the top!
2. Win a game, and you move up a court. Lose, and you drop one. Paddles go on the bench—first come, first served.
3. Partnering up?:
- Send us a PM with your teammate’s name. - No partner? No problem—you’ll be paired randomly.
4. Friendly reminder:
- Stick to the ladder system—moving up or down keeps the games running smoothly.
5. Gentlemen, please show courtesy and sportsmanship when playing with the ladies. Let’s keep it safe, fair, and fun for everyone.

- RSVP must be made 4 days before the game by 10:00 PM.
- ⁠Once the slots are full, they are strictly full — no walk-ins or last-minute add-ons.
- Host reserve rights to approve players.

WAITLISTED - Please pay to get a confirmed spot to play
ON HOLD - Full house & Do not pay

2. Payment:
- Payment is required 7 days before tournament.
- First come first serve.
- Please pay once you are on the wait-list.

3. Cancellation Policy
- Refundable if cancelled more than 24
hours before the game.
- ⁠Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours.
- ⁠Inform the host immediately of any cancellations and update your status so the waiting list can be activated.
- ⁠A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before game time.
- Any dropout during this period will still need to pay court fees.
- No-shows or unpaid RSVPs without notice will be banned from future events as this disrupts the auto-generated match schedules.
