OPEN PLAY – ALL LEVELS WELCOME
Game Format
• Matches are played to 11 points
• Deuce rule applies (win by 2 points)
Rotation System
• Winners, Losers, and Queue System
After each match:
• Winners → Place paddle in the Winners area (will be paired with other players)
• Losers → Place paddle in the Losers area (will be paired with other players)
• Queue → For players who want to wait or play with a friend

RULES & GUIDELINES
1. Payment
• Payment must be made before playing — No Pay, No Play
• GCash payments must be uploaded in the payment tab or group chat
• Fees:
• Members: ₱155
• Non-members: ₱175
• No refunds for confirmed players
• Refunds are only allowed if:
• Cancellation is made at least 3 hours before game time
• Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., continuous rain)
• If it rains continuously for 2 hours (7:00 PM to 9:00 PM), open play will be canceled. Applicable only on outdoor courts.
• If the game starts at 9:00 PM, it will be extended until 1:00 AM, and the open play fee will be reduced by 20 pesos.
• If the court remains playable for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes, no refund will be issued.
• Refunded slots may be credited to the next schedule (same venue)
• Cancelled players will be tagged as Dropper

2. Reclub Identification
• Use your full name in Reclub
• Upload a clear photo for easy identification

3. Dropper Policy
• “Dropper” refers to players who cancel suddenly or fail to show up
• Droppers will be tagged for 1 week
• During this period, they will not be prioritized in scheduling

4. Member Priority
• Members must send a join request before 2:00 PM
• After 2:00 PM, non-members may fill remaining slots

5. Court Allocation
• Each court: 12 players (maximum of 14 players)
