HOW TO JOIN:

1. Send a Join Request
Wait for your name to appear on the waitlist.
2. Secure Your Slot With Payment (via GCash)

• Slots are confirmed based on verified payments, not waitlist order.

3. Host Confirmation
Once payment is verified, you’ll be moved from WAITLIST → CONFIRMED.

GAME FLOW & QUEUEING FORMAT

• First to 11
• Regular queueing
• New four players on court per game
• Next four players rotate in
• 10 mins per game

REMINDERS
• No payment = No slot.
• Once slots are full, please don't send payment
• No walk-ins. Only confirmed players may join.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible for a refund.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• You may transfer your slot to another player if you find a replacement for that day ( at least 24 hrs notice)
• Players participate at their own risk.
• HP Pickleball are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal belongings during play.
