Joining Instructions
Please follow these steps carefully to secure your slot:

1. Request to Play on Reclub.

2. Wait for Confirmation – you’ll receive a message with payment instructions. Your status will show “WAITLIST”, meaning your slot is reserved.

3. Make Payment via PayNow to 80868083 (Eccentric) as soon as possible. Slots not paid promptly may be released to others.

4. Upload payment receipt on Reclub.

5. Slot Confirmation – your slot is confirmed once payment is verified.

6. First-timers: WhatsApp us at 80868083 your Reclub username after requesting a slot.

7. Important: Do not make payment until you have received the confirmation message from us.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Waitlist → Slot reserved. Please make payment as soon as possible.

ON Hold: Slot not confirmed. Do not pay. Wait for instructions.

REGISTERATION: Players should have a basic understanding of the rules and minimally be self-rated in your Reclub account. Drop us a whatsapp if you are unsure as we may have events suitable for you.

ALL PAYMENTS are final — No refunds or transfers. DO NOT send another player in your place. Inform us if you cannot attend; we’ll try to assist, but replacements aren’t guaranteed🤞.

HOW IT WORKS:
● 4 players per court

MATCH SCORING:
● Doubles Matches played to 15 points using rally scoring
● Deuce: No Deuce. Sudden Death Point

PLAYER ROTATION:
● 4 IN 4 OUT rotations
● Doubles partners may play together.
● Rotates out and joins the Paddle Stack Queue
● Next 4 players from the stack queue to join game.

NOTES:
● Mixed-gender teams encouraged
● Format may be adjusted depending on court availability or number of players

Indemnity & Participation Agreement:

By registering for and participating in The Assembly Pickleball event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You play at your own risk (pickleball is fun, but accidents can happen).

2. Organizers are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages.

3. You’re healthy enough to play and will stop if you feel unwell.

4. Please follow the event rules and court rotations so everyone enjoys their games.

5. Payments are non-refundable once made.
