Join us for a structured and progressive pickleball session designed for continuous play, minimal downtime, and fair progression. Expect fast-paced rallies, smooth rotation, and competitive but friendly gameplay 🔥

⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (3 Hours)
📍 Venue: Pickleball Pro Arena (PPA)
💰 Fee: RM15
🎾 Ball: Provided
🏓 Paddle: Bring your own

👤 Level: Upper Beginner (2.5+) to Intermediate (3.5+)

👉 Must be able to serve, rally, keep score, and rotate independently

⏰ Session Flow

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM:
• Free play & warm-up (play with anyone)
• Courts may be pre-assigned based on player preference for early arrivals
• Hosts may adjust initial court placement to ensure balanced gameplay
• Once 16 players have filled the courts, the remaining 4 players will be assigned to Court 2 & Court 3 as rotation buffer

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM:
• Ladder Play officially starts
(May start earlier if all players are ready)
• Late arrivals will be placed into rotation pool (Court 2 & 3)

🎯 Court Setup:
• 🥇 Court 1 – 4 Players (Highest Level)
• 🥈 Court 2 – 6 Players (Upper Level)
• 🥉 Court 3 – 6 Players (Mid Level)
• 🔽 Court 4 – 4 Players (Entry Level)

🎮 Game Format:
• Doubles
• Rally scoring to 15
• 14–14 = Sudden death (next point wins)

🔁 Movement Rules (ALL PLAYERS)

✅ Win → Move UP 1 Court & join the NEXT AVAILABLE GAME
❌ Lose → Move DOWN 1 Court & rejoin rotation pool

📌 Exceptions:
• Court 1 winners stay, split, and play next game
• Court 4 losers stay, split, and play next game

⏳ 6-Player Courts (Court 2 & Court 3)

• 4 players play, 2 players act as rotation buffer

• After each game:
🔺 Winning team → move UP 1 court & join the next available game
🔻 Losing team → move DOWN 1 court & rejoin rotation pool

📌 Rotation Pool (Waiting Players):
• First-in, first-out queue system
• Players are responsible to remember their position
• Always fill the next available game

• No fixed pairing (partners change every game)

• Court 2 winning team:
👉 Choose to pair with Court 1 winning players for the next game

• Winners moving UP (Court 3 & Court 4):
👉 Choose their partner to pair from the waiting players (rotation pool)

• Court 3 losing team:
👉 Choose to pair with Court 4 losing players for the next game

• Players may request a short water break (up to 5 minutes) if required
• Please be considerate and avoid disrupting overall game flow
