Merville Park Pickleball Club Open Play at Home Court Belvedere Park

REQUIREMENTS:
1. FULL NAME on Reclub App
2. PROFILE PICTURE (your face, not your dog. 😊)
You will not be admitted without the above requirements. This is for security purposes.

Guidelines for Open Play (OP):

1. Stack paddles with respect to the queue. Don't remove or replace paddles without the owner's knowledge.

2. 2 Courts if we have 16 players.

3. First-time players must go through one Beginner's session.

4. Minimum 8 players to proceed.

5. Sharing OP slot with another player is NOT allowed. You cannot play for 2 hrs. and ask another player to play the remaining 2 hrs.

6. Player approval at the host's discretion.

Open play fees include free use of balls, admin fees, and occasional treats 😊

HOW TO JOIN OPEN PLAY:
1. Request to join.
2. Once approved, you will be WAITLISTED.
3. Make payment ONLY if you are Waitlisted.

4. When payment is received and you have uploaded your receipt via the payment tab, you will then be CONFIRMED to play.
5. Only CONFIRMED players can play.
6. If you have paid and are still WAITLISTED, and we have reached the maximum number of players, we will refund your payment.
7. NO DROP INs.
