• 12 players - ROUND ROBIN / WvW LvL
• Games to 11 points (sudden death at 10–10)
• Matches managed via Manual Stacking or Reclub Auto Generate Match
• Bring your own paddle and ball
• 1-2 mins warmup on court .
• Arrive early — games will start on time
•sportsmanship and camaraderie with some competitive spirit is the aim of this meet!

• No refunds for 6 hours before the meet
• If you can’t attend, you may find a replacement
• Replacement players pay you directly (we don’t handle the transaction)
• Inform admin of the replacement for approval
