📝 Confirmation & Payment Policy
1️⃣ Once you send a Reclub request, we will directly confirm your spot
2️⃣ Payment should be made before or after the session — we operate based on mutual trust and commitment
3️⃣ If you are confirmed but do not show up, or if you cancel less than 6 hours before the session, you will still be required to pay the session fee
4️⃣ Players who go missing without notice will no longer be welcomed in future sessions.
5️⃣ You are given enough time to notify us if you cannot attend — we appreciate honesty and responsibility

🎮 Game Party Format
1️⃣ Winner Stay : Each team can stay for up to 2 games
2️⃣ We use paddle stacking for queueing
3️⃣ If attendance is high, we will separate players into Social Level & Intermediate Level to ensure a better game experience
4️⃣ If only 1–2 courts are available, we may not separate levels — it depends on the situation
5️⃣ If you are not familiar with basic pickleball rules, please do not request to join yet — you’re welcome to contact us to learn the rules first, then join future sessions ！

- Do not attend unless you have received a confirmation
- If you are on the waitlist, please wait until we confirm your spot

By joining, you accept the inherent risks of playing sports, including potential injuries.
Please wear proper gear and play responsibly.

1️⃣ We will host one session per week moving forward
2️⃣ More affordable rates will be introduced
3️⃣ Do not promote personal business or products during sessions
4️⃣ Do not disturb other players on social media unless they agree
5️⃣ Never pressure your partner — this is a space to play for fun
6️⃣ Any reports of misconduct will lead to action being taken, including a ban if necessary
